Gabriel Fortier and Jordy Bellerive were the game’s first and third stars.
The Crunch were in a dire situation down 2-0 in the game and facing being down 2-0 in a five game series when Bellerive scored with under a minute in the Second Period to start the comeback. Syracuse went on to outshoot Rochester 20-6 in the Third Period and OT en route to evening the series and stealing home ice advantage. This feels to me like a big momentum shift in the series.
One small accounting adjustment: Dylan Duke’s Game One goal was changed to Daniel Walcott, but Duke still has point in each of his first two playoff games.
