What you have in Ethan Hay is a young player with some tools who has yet to really figure out what to do with them. Hay posted 17 goals and 28 points in 64 games on a Flint team that was somewhat mediocre in the OHL this past season. Decent skater and physically strong for his stature, but has been knocked for a lack of intensity at times. Seemed to come along later in the season and into the playoffs.
