Harvey is an offensively gifted 20 year old waterbug who set the USHL ablaze this past season with 40 goals and 74 points in 62 games for the Chicago Steel. The USHL is typically not a league that’s easy to put up gaudy numbers in, so that underscores Harvey’s above average hands and offensive hockey sense. The Lightning have made a nice living taking flyers on smallish NCAA-bound players like this very late in drafts and Harvey is bound for Boston University next.
