Not sure if I can credibly say this is an emotional turning point given how many times prior the Lightning have pulled games out of the fire at the death and it hasn’t had any staying power in changing the momentum of the team. I’d like to believe it’s the case, mind you, but it’s up to the team to prove it to me. Barring that, I can’t see too much to celebrate about a game where you choke a two goal lead and get your all-star goaltender yanked out of the game. Do better, Lightning.
