Syracuse outshot Bridgeport by 46-28 but…
This sport can be very frustrating if it takes you so much more effort to generate goals because the other team has competent goaltending and you don’t. That’s been the bottom line issue I’ve seen with Syracuse this season. They don’t get consistent goaltending and if they did they might be a top tier team in the East instead of struggling to stay above .500 most of the year. And it’s not an effort issue, it’s a talent issue. It just is. No way to sugar coat it.
