Crunch snap losing streak by issuing a Third Period beatdown.

Maxime Lagace allowed one goal on 24 shots for the win. It’s been a long time coming with the injury bug, but it’s the veteran’s first quality start in the campaign and hopefully his first of many.

Lagace, Gabriel Dumont, and Otto Somppi were the game’s three stars.
It’s been a grind for the Crunch to produce goals so far this year, and if you’d told me it would’ve taken this long into the season for Otto Somppi to get his first point I wouldn’t have believed you. Hopefully this gets him on track, as he’s one the team needs to get going along with youngsters like Ryfors and Cajkovic.
