Brandon Halverson stopped all 25 shots he faced for his third shutout victory of the young season. He raised his stats to 7-3-4 on the year with a 1.75 GAA and .934 save percentage.

Halverson, Conor Sheary, and Derrick Pouliot were the game’s three stars.
The Crunch added center Jack Finley to their roster before the game, but he didn’t suit up. Presumably he’s close to returning. Between that, Dumont’s return, and when/if the injuries up top in Tampa sort out Syracuse may be nearing a time they have a full roster to try to start a little climb up the standings.
