Laval was in last in the division prior to the start of this two game set. But, as has been the case in recent years, Laval just continues to be a tough place to play for Syracuse. Syracuse remains in second place in the North Division despite going 3-5-2-0 in their last 10 games. Unfortunately, they’ve fallen five points back of division leading Cleveland with the Monsters holding three games in hand and Toronto, Belleville, and Rochester each have three to four games in hand on Syracuse as well.
