Andrei Vasilevskiy allowed one goal on 30 shots for the win. He got goal support early and often and gave St. Louis no chance to crawl back into the contest.

Vasilevskiy, Nikita Kucherov, and Haydn Fleury were the game’s three stars. I did not have Haydn Fleury going 1-1-2 and +4 on my bingo card, to be honest.
It’s hard to put too much stock in this one game given the situation in the standings, but coming off a raggedy road trip the turn around has to start somewhere. I just wish I didn’t pucker every time this team gets a 2-0 lead.
