Jonas Johansson allowed 3 goals on 31 shots for the victory. I wasn’t overly bothered by any of the three he allowed and that’s pretty much the effort the Lightning need out of JoJo as they try to get through this interval with Vasilevskiy on the shelf.

Welcome to what life is like for most of the NHL who don’t have one of the small handful of elite goaltenders. Most teams are playing these days with replacement level players between the pipes and that means more trying to win games by scoring four or five goals to get over the hump. It’s going to be different, but hopefully it’ll also be a bit fun before normalcy returns.
Waltteri Merala had 1 hit and 1 blocked shot in 10:21. I suspect the speed of the NHL was pretty eye opening for the former Liiga star.
