Has to feel good for the Lightning organization to see the kids hitting the scoresheet in a vitally important game down the stretch of the season. Syracuse pulls into a tie with Utica for second in the division and still holds a game in hand and widens their lead on fourth place Rochester to five points with 12 regular season games left to play. Top three seeds in the division get a first round playoff bye, so it’s a big win. But, there are still three games left on the schedule this week so they have to put this one out of their memory pretty quickly and get right back at it.
