Nick Perbix had his first NHL point, an assist, and was +1 with 1 shot and 1 blocked shot in 16:59. His ice time was fourth highest among d-men behind only mainstays Hedman, Sergachev, and Cernak. He’s going to have his rough spots with positioning and puck management now and then, but he seems steadier than Myers at this stage and is clearly more mobile than Foote as the Lightning coaching staff continues to eye their RHD situation.
