The champs slip the noose to force Game Seven.
TOR-3
TB-4 (OT)
Series Tied 3-3
Andrei Vasilevskiy allowed three goals on 33 shots for the OT victory. He allowed one of the worst goals in Lightning playoff history on the Tavares goal that tied the game at 2-2. He made up for it by standing on his head through OT to give the Lightning time to win it against the run of play.

Brayden Point and Anthony Cirelli were the game’s first and third stars.
They cheated death tonight. Plain and simple. They choked another 2-0 lead with an epic meltdown at the end of the Third Period and had to be bailed out by two high sticking calls yielding a 5-on-3 to force OT. They couldn’t win a faceoff to save their lives, which allowed Toronto to completely tilt possession against them, and Vasilevskiy had to come up huge in OT to give them any kind of chance. And now we see if the champions have another Game Seven masterpiece in the drawer like they did against the Islanders last season. It’s going to take that kind of defense-first, inspired effort to get this one across the line.
