Elliott and Brayden Point were the game’s first and third stars.

The goals are still painfully difficult to come by, but OT winners tend to be the kind of emotional pick me up that gets teams out of slumps. Hopefully that’s the case for this Lightning club.

Cal Foote had 2 penalty minutes and 2 hits in 10:58. With his 41st appearance of the season, he graduated from prospect status on the website, likely closing the books on this year as far as Bolt Prospects Alumni go. He joins Ross Colton and the departed Taylor Raddysh and Boris Katchouk in this year’s class of graduates.
