Crunch fail to hold onto all two points in the comeback bid.
SYR-4
CLE-5 (OT)
Hugo Alnefelt allowed five goals on 26 shots for the OT loss. Syracuse recalled Amir Miftakhov to backup with Lagace taking a knock last night. And, um, early in this season it might be fair to say the goaltending looks like the limiting factor thus far.

Jimmy Huntington was the game’s second star with the natural hat trick.
Frustrating to blow a Third Period lead on a shorthanded goal with 1:12 to go on the clock. Yes, they did it with the extra attacker making it 5 skaters on 5, but still, you have to find a way to see that across the finish line. It overshadowed a furious comeback that has put several Crunch players off to a blistering start to the campaign. Huntington, for the moment, leads the league in goals
