It’s just amazing what a mix of strong goaltending, good special teams, and commitment to defense does in the playoffs, especially when you also get timely situational saves and goals. Sunrise looks bewildered. The Lightning have completely managed the pace of this series and undressed Sunrise for their playoff inexperience. It’s a total mismatch. I don’t think they even want to show up to the rink for Game Four. That’s a Presidents Trophy winning team that the Lightning look like they’ve made quit. Completely quit. The Lightning have just clowned them, and Brayden Point just is laying on the side with his feet up chillin’ with a cold drink and healing.
