Jimmy Huntington and Cole Koepke were the game’s first and third stars.
The story of this weekend may well be the cooling off of the Crunch top line and the stepping up of the club’s secondary scoring. Ryan Lohin, in particular, has played well of late and once again secondary scorers like Huntington and Abbandonato led the way offensively.
Syracuse is now just one point back of Lehigh Valley for second in the North Division. The Crunch’s rough first month or two to the campaign now a distant memory.
