Lightning continue Nashville dominance thanks in part to the eye in the sky. It never lies.
TB-6
NSH-1
Andrei Vasilevskiy allowed a goal on 33 shots for the win. He may have a hard time NOT winning the Vezina Trophy in this turribad division.

Mikhail Sergachev, Steven Stamkos, and Vasilevskiy were the game’s three stars.
This could’ve been a different game had not a Second Period goal on a bad line change not been called back due to an offside challenge. That said, with that mistake erased, the Lightning once again utterly dominated Nashville in another humiliation for the Predators. Heaven help us, we’re going into a three game set against Florida that is actually being billed as some sort of measuring stick for the Lightning. The Panthers. A measuring stick? The NHL Central Division Presented by COVID is not good.
Can we please start giving Mathieu Joseph more ice time? Please.
Alexander Volkov had a helper and was +1 with 1 shot, 1 hit, and 2 blocked shots in 11:53. He was better tonight that last night, but that’s a bar so low you could trip on it.
