With locker room in the grips of illness, Lightning pull the season back from the brink.
TB-4
SEA-3 (OT)
Andrei Vasilevskiy allowed three goals on 29 shots for the OT win. Not his best game, but his team picked him up, IMO.

By the advanced stats, tonight should’ve been a squash, but yet again the Lightning got a 2-0 lead and didn’t have the killer instinct to get the third goal to put it away early. That made things very dicey with a virus reportedly going through the locker room that kept Stamkos out with illness and likely cost them the services of Hedman in the Third Period. Huge comeback from the 3-2 deficit with a big push in the Third Period anyway, a great PK to start OT, and then the OT winner. Tremendously important two points with Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary left on this roadie and points a must.
Alex Barre-Boulet was +1 with 1 hit in 15:14. Thought he had another very strong game and seemed to thrive with the lines in the blender.
Darren Raddysh had a helper with 2 shots and 2 blocked shots in 21:54. IT went back up and he seemed to respond well to the added responsibility.
Cole Koepke had a hit in 4:15.
