Lightning dominate Habs in first game back from break.

MTL-1
TB-4

Andrei Vasilevskiy allowed one goal on 26 shots for the victory. It’s a shame he couldn’t finish off the SO, which was the lone blemish on the night.

First Period
1:55 TB Killorn (10), (Hedman)
14:09 TB Point (18), (Kucherov, Sergachev)(PP)

Second Period
16:00 Point (19), (unassisted)

Third Period
8:31 TB Hagel (13), (Bogosian, Hedman)
17:21 MTL Guhle (2), (Edmundson, Dvorak)

Brayden Point, Vasilevskiy, and Victor Hedman were the game’s three stars.

A matchup against Montreal was frankly just what the doctor ordered after the Lightning stumbled in their final two games headed into the break. Montreal, frankly, is one of the worst teams we’ve seen all season.

Nick Perbix had 4 penalty minutes, 3 shots, and 1 hit in 13:42.
