Halverson leads Crunch to massive win to start the year.
SYR-2
TOR-0
Brandon Halverson stopped all 28 shots he faced to outduel Matt Murray for the SO victory. Halverson’s numbers are now a gaudy 10-4-4 on the campaign with 4 SO (tied for league lead), a 1.70 GAA (tops in the league) and a .937 save percentage (third in the league). Goaltenders are notoriously late developers and the former second round pick Halverson has been nails since being called up to the Crunch in the second half of last year.
