Chris Lawrence was -1 with 4 PIMs in Mississauga's 6-4 loss to Toronto despite the Ice Dogs outshooting their opponents by a staggering 57-25 margin.
Dane Crowley was scoreless in Swift Current's 4-3 overtime loss to Moose Jaw.

CHL Game Night: 11/3
Submitted by pete on November 3, 2006 - 22:58The #9 train is rolling in Mississauga. Chris Lawrence had 1 goal and 1 assist tonight in the Ice Dogs' 6-5 win over Guelph. Lawrence was +1 with 4 penalty minutes in the game and was named the third star of the contest.
In Sudbury, Kevin Beech got the night off and watched his backup Michael Swick throw a 33 save shutout to defeat Erie 6-0.
On the road in Oshawa, Slovakian sophomore sensation Marek Bartanus had his best night of the season posting 4 assists in a 9-5 Owen Sound rout of the Generals. Bartanus was +3 in the game.
Defenseman Vladimir Mihalik was -1 in Prince George's 5-3 loss to Kamloops.

Submitted by pete on November 2, 2006 - 22:32Chris Lawrence had 2 goals and 1 assist as Missisauga buried Peterborough 8-2. For his efforts, Lawrence was named the game's #2 star. The 2005 3rd round pick now has 9 goals and 17 points through 11 games this season.

Chris Lawrence was -1 with 2 PIMs as Mississauga fell to Kitchener 4-3.
Dane Crowley remains out with an injury for Swift Current.

CHL Game Night,10/27: Mihalik Big in Return
Submitted by pete on October 27, 2006 - 21:51Marek Bartanus was scoreless with 4 PIMs as Owen Sound defeated Erie 4-3.
Chris Lawrence had 2 assists and was +1 in Mississauga's 4-2 win over Brampton.
Vladimir Mihalik came back from a shoulder injury to lead Prince George to a 2-0 shutout of Saskatoon. Mihalik assisted on the Cougar's first goal, then notched his first goal of the year in the third period to earn First Star honors.
Dane Crowley remains out with an injury for Swift Current.
