Salisbury Game Night: 2/10
Submitted by Nigel on February 12, 2007 - 11:35Salisbury School's winning steak now sits at nine after beating Loomis Chaffee School 6-0 on Saturday. Kevin Quick finished with 2 assists in the game. All six goals came in the first period and it was the first time this season the Knights (15-3-2) have finished a game without a penalty.
Quick now has eight assists on the season and is a +17 with 8 PIM. Salisbury takes on Albany Academy this Wednesday at home.

Salisbury School Game Night: 2/7
Submitted by Nigel on February 8, 2007 - 09:50Kevin Quick was scoreless but played a key defensive role in the game, finishing a +1 in Salisbury School's 1-0 win over Taft School. The defensemen also picked up 2 PIM.
The win marked the 8th in a row for the Knights (14-3-2, 6-3-1) who sit in second in the Founders League one point behind first place Avon Old Farms. The Knights host Loomis Chaffee School (4-13-0, 1-8-0) from Windsor, CT. on Saturday.

Kevin Quick Update
Submitted by Nigel on February 3, 2007 - 13:45I'm working with the Salisbury School athletic department to get quicker recaps on their games, so hopefully I can keep track of Kevin a little faster and easier.
In 18 games this season Kevin has recorded 6 assists, has a +12 rating and 6 PIM.
His Crimson Knights (13-3-2, 5-3-1 Founders League) are unbeaten in their last seven games and sit 3rd in the Founders League standings.
Their next game is Feb. 7 against Taft School a team they drew to a 0-0 tie back on Jan. 8.

Submitted by Nigel on December 30, 2006 - 15:18Kevin Quick has three assists in eight games this season for Salisbury Prep School out of Salisbury, Conn. The defensemen also has 4 PIM and a +4 rating.
The Crimson Knights recently finished second in the Flood-Mar Tournament December 15-17, losing 4-3 in double overtime to Hotchkiss School out of Lakeville, Conn. in the final.
Salisbury plays again in a double header in the Founders Jamboree on January 3. They open against Avon Old Farms School out of Avon, Conn. Then play Choate Rosemary Hall from Wallingford, Conn.

Red Line Rates Michigan Recruiting Class #3 In Nation
Submitted by pete on December 22, 2006 - 23:23Red Line Report writes in their latest column in USA Today their top seven recruiting classes in the country for college hockey and the University of Michigan checks in at #3. Michigan, of course, is the destination of Lightning prospect Kevin Quick who is currently playing his finally season of prep hockey in Connecticut before moving on to the college ranks. Red Line's take on Quick: "a smooth puck mover". Quick was the unofficial MVP of the Lightning's prospect orientation camp last summer.
