Langley scored 5 power play goals to win their third straight in the series. This game got ugly at the end, with multiple misconducts and major penalties.

Victoria has now seen both their series lead and home ice advantage disappear after taking Games 1 and 2 in Langley.

Victoria leads Best of 7 Series 2-1

Series: 3 GP, 0-1-1, 6 PIM
Playoffs: 8 GP, 2-1-3, 10 PIM
Victoria failed to take a stranglehold on the series at home, losing 6-4. The Grizzlies had cut Langley’s lead to 5-4 with 51 seconds remaining in the game, but the Chiefs added a late empty netter. Game 4 is tonight (Wednesday) in Victoria.

Playoffs: 7 GP, 2-0-2, 10 PIM
Victoria, who will return home with a 2-0 series lead, was playing their sixth game in March, having only Sunday and Thursday off since playing last Saturday. They are 5-1 in those games. Courtnall had 51 points in 60 regular season games to finish second on the team in scoring, but has been quiet statistically in the playoffs.
