The Bobcats scored twice in the second period to break open a 1-1 game before a sellout crowd and NESN audience. Harvard did not receive any votes in the latest USCHO poll.

Colgate swept Harvard in their weekend series. Killorn’s line scored early in the game when Canadien’s first rounder Louis Leblanc found the back of the net, but Killorn was not credited with an assist. Harvard falls to 1-2 on the year.

Harvard bolted to 3-0 and 4-1 leads, but failed to hold on against the Raiders, who scored four times in the third period. Killorn (pictured at the Lightning's prospect camp this summer), the reigning ECAC Player of the Week, had both his points early in the first period. The Crimson received 22 votes in the last USCHO poll, three spots out of the top-20.

Killorn ECAC Player of the Week

Harvard's Alex Killorn was named the ECAC Player of the Week on Monday, November 2, after scoring two goals and an assist in the Crimson’s 5-3 win vs. Dartmouth last Friday.
According to the Harvard Gazette, Killorn was named ECAC Rookie of the Week November 24, 2008, and was named an honorable mention for the Hockey Commissioners’ Association National Rookie of the Month in February. He finished his freshman year with six goals, nine assists, and 15 points in 30 games.
He was a standout this past summer for the Lightning in the club's post-draft prospect camp.
Killorn was taken by the Lightning in the third round of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
