Zador broke a personal seven game losing streak, though he was named a game star in his last appearance. Hopefully this sparks him on another win streak. The lone goal against him was kind of a fluke as he had the puck covered in a goal-mouth scramble, but no whistle was blown. He raised his blocker off the ice to see if the puck was under it, which it was, and a Bull poked it home. It looked like the ref should have blown the whistle (see Bulls highlights below). Zador stopped four of five shooters to secure the shootout win. No word yet why DeCoste missed the game.

DeCoste scored the game's opening goal on the power play in his first game as a Bull, but Belleville couldn’t hang on to 2-0 and 3-2 leads and get a win. The Bulls lost the shootout 2-0 and now stand at 6-11-1-1 on the year, two points ahead of Ottawa for fourth in the East Division. DeCoste, who scored when he banged home a rebound off his own shot, now has a two game goal streak and three game point streak.

LW/C Alex Hutchings, BAR: 1-0-1, E, 2 PIM (tripping)
Season Totals: 18 GP, 9-10-19, +6, 10 PIM

Everett Silvertips 2 @ Lethbridge Hurricanes 3
RW Carter Ashton, LET: 0-2-2, +1, 0 PIM, *Third Star*
Season Totals: 16 GP, 9-11-20, -4, 28 PIM
Ashton (pictured) extended his point streak to five games with two primary assists Wednesday night. He has 10 points in those five games, but surprisingly for him, just two goals. He’s already nearing his career high for assists in a season, set last year at 20. He also had 30 goals and 50 points in 70 games last year.
According to the Belleville Bulls Hockey Club (OHL), the Bulls have acquired Lightning prospect Kyle DeCoste from the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds for a 2011 conditional seventh round draft choice.
This is the second time in two seasons DeCoste has been traded. Last year the center/winger split the season between Brampton and the Soo, scoring 15 times while contributing 13 assists and 76 penalty minutes.
He has recorded two goals and three points along with 20 penalty minutes in 13 games played so far with the Greyhounds in this, his fourth OHL season.
DeCoste, who has a goal and an assist in his last two games, was taken by the Lightning in the fifth round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
