A little dose of reality for the Chiefs tonight.
Gerald Coleman stopped just 32 of 37 shots faced for the loss before Trenton tacked on an empty net goal. Maxime Boisclair and Grant Jacobsen led the attack for Johnstown with 1 goal and 1 assist each while Doug Andress had 2 assists. Ryan Gibbons had the other Chiefs goal and Randy Rowe and Brandon Elliot each had individual assists. The Chiefs have been surviving with a skilled offensive attack and power play despite being outshot in far too many of their games. Tonight against Trenton they were outshot 38-26 and it caught up with them in the form of four unanswered Titans goals in a third period that saw the tribe outshot 15-5 in the final stanza. Boisclair and Jacobsen were named second and third stars of the game as Johnstown's media apparently rolled out some home cooking on the decision despite their club getting doubled up.
