No. 5 Boston University Terriers 3 @ Vermont Catamounts 2 (OT)
F Matt Marshall , UVM: Did not play (injured)

Mullin’s a Buckeye killer. The freshman registered three points Saturday to give him five (1-4-5) for the weekend as the RedHawks swept their intra-state rivals, outscoring them 8-1 in the process. Mullin was third star both nights. Miami moved up to fourth in the CCHA standings and will get a bye in the first round of the playoffs next week.
Note: Brendan O’Donnell (North Dakota) is out for the season after undergoing shoulder surgery this week.

The Bobcats clinched the fifth seed in the ECAC and will play last-place Brown next weekend in the first round of the playoffs. Peca had six assists this weekend and is in the early running with Jimmy Mullin for our Prospect of the Week award.
No. 19 Western Michigan Broncos 3 @ No. 1 Ferris State Bulldogs 0
D Luke Witkowski , UWM: 0-1-1, +1, 2 PIM (interference), 1 SOG
Season totals: 35 GP, 1-9-10, +5, 45 PIM
Witkowski registered a point for the fourth time in five games and set a new career high for points in a season with 10. But the most impressive part of his night was helping his Broncos to a huge upset win in the barn the nation’s No.1 team calls home. The Bulldogs accepted their trophy for winning the CCHA on Saturday night. They have already clinched the top spot for the playoffs. WMU, who clinched a bye, finished the home-and-home series with FSU 1-0-1. The Broncos tied for second in the CCHA with Michigan.
