For crying out loud this is getting ugly.

Marc Denis allowed 3 goals on 28 shots before being pulled for the extra attacker. Lightning goals were scored by Brad Richards, on a shot that deflected in off his body, and Vincent Lecavalier. Luke Richardson, Martin St. Louis, Paul Ranger and Vaclav Prospal had helpers.

According to BP member Sago96, Lascek was sick last night but is likely to return to the lineup on Friday.

Albert Vishnyakov was scoreless in Dynamo's 4-1 loss to Magnitogorsk.

Denis Kazionov was scoreless in Tver's 7-4 win over Chelyabinsk.

Vasily Koshechkin improved to 8-3-3 for the year beating Kazan in overtime 4-3. Dimitri Kazionov was scoreless for Ak Bars.

Chiefs Release MacLean

According to ECHL.com, the Johnstown Chiefs have released defenseman Ian MacLean. MacLean was even in 2 games with 2 penalty minutes for the Chiefs. The move was prompted by defenseman Geoff Waugh's reassignment to Johnstown.
