Rogers Out With Groin Injury?

The Springfield Republican reports defenseman Andy Rogers was scratched last night due to an undisclosed lower body injury which writer Fran Sypek concludes is likely a groin injury. Last night's scratch was the fifth straight game the 2004 1st round pick has missed.

Lascek Out With the Flu

According to the Johnstown Tribune Democrat, Stanislav Lascek missed last night's game against the Charlotte Checkers because of a case of the flu. This is the second time in the span of a couple of weeks Johnstown has been without their most dynamic playmaker due to illness.
