Ryan Vesce, with a goal and an assist, was the game's second star. -The Chiefs defeated first place Wheeling 4-3 in Wheeling on the strength of an Adam Henrich overtime goal. Henrich had 1 goal and 1 assist on the game as did Justin Kelly. Prospects Gerard Dicaire and John Toffey added 2 assists and 1 assist respectively. Jonathan Boutin stopped 34 of 37 for the victory. [b]Sunday[/b] -In a key Elitserien matchup, Linkopings fell to Frolunda 3-2. Fredrik Norrena stopped 30 of 33 in defeat. -Johan Hagglund had a shorthanded assist as Oskarshamn fell to Nykoping 4-3. -The Portland Pirates defeated Springfield 5-4 in a tight see saw contest.
