The Lightning pull out a dramatic victory in the Steve Stamkos sweeps in the final game of the year.

Matt Smaby was -1 in 17:27 with 2 shots and 1 blocked shot.
The big payoff? The Lightning now have a 48.2% chance of getting the #1 pick in the draft this summer and super prospect center Steve Stamkos of Sarnia.

Bolts won't win the lottery
The kind of luck they've had this year, they won't win the lottery. Since 1995 only 3 last place teams have retained the number one pick. I bet Atlanta will get it, of course it has to be a division rival. That's how bad of luck the bolts have had this season.
