Fresh off signing a professional contract and giving the Lightning a glimpse of their possible future shut-down defenseman, Andy Rogers returned to the Prince George lineup Tuesday night and promptly notched a power play assist in a 4-1 Cougars win over Kamloops. Rogers, who scored 2-9-11 last year in 48 games with Prince George and Calgary, got the second assist on the fourth Cougar goal. In other action Tuesday night, Vladamir Mihalik and the Red Deer Rebels beat Swift Current 2-1 in a shootout for their second victory of the year. Mihalik had an even rating for the game.
