Dicaire Assigned to Springfield

Defenseman Gerard Dicaire has been medically cleared to play and has been sent to Springfield to participate in Falcons' training camp. Dicaire was being treated for a neurological disorder which caused his nervous system to improperly regulate his blood pressure.
