CHL Game Night: 11/3

The #9 train is rolling in Mississauga. Chris Lawrence had 1 goal and 1 assist tonight in the Ice Dogs' 6-5 win over Guelph. Lawrence was +1 with 4 penalty minutes in the game and was named the third star of the contest.

In Sudbury, Kevin Beech got the night off and watched his backup Michael Swick throw a 33 save shutout to defeat Erie 6-0.

On the road in Oshawa, Slovakian sophomore sensation Marek Bartanus had his best night of the season posting 4 assists in a 9-5 Owen Sound rout of the Generals. Bartanus was +3 in the game.

Defenseman Vladimir Mihalik was -1 in Prince George's 5-3 loss to Kamloops.

Keller got a 4 point night, Bartanus got a 4 point night, Lascek got a 3 point night, Lawrence has 5 points in his last couple of games...

This is a bare knuckled street fight for Prospect of the Week right now. I like it.
