Yes; it would be a goal. They never had possession so it is the offense team to make sure it doesn't.

This is looking real sloppy. May be a real long one.

#55 looks aweful btw; his mistakes are going to cost us some goals against

Agreed on Taormina he could be as bad defensively as Barberio and that says something. I still question why not calling up Korobov. He didn't look out of place in the games he played up here and he's an assist machine in Syracuse and a defensive defenseman so I don't get it and Taormina is a good AHL defenseman but there's a reason he hasn't been a consistent NHL player in his career...

Chief on Jagr wanting to play another year...

"With the way the game is played now, he could play until he's 52.."

So true.

The team looks completely disinterested to even be playing a game tonight. Zero effort so far and the pp is the worse it's been all year. It's so predictable
( pass to winger..pass to d..pass back to the winger...cross ice pass that's covered and puck cleared out of zone.) I'm not sure if Salo is 100% right now because last year he ran a power play great and this year it's been off.

Taormina gtfo the ice... Have you had one shift where you haven't turned the puk over?

I wish we can just get bounces again. Post... Post..., post... "Oh my what a save by brodeur!"

Our bounces went away with stamkos' leg

Cry me a river. Lindback is doing the same thing, difference is they have dmen who do this crazy thing called play defense.

I'm not crying about it; we could easily be down 3-4 goals. The first half of the season we scored sloppy goal bounces all the time. The team cant find any of them 2/3 of the games now. We clearly dont have a defense.

Starting labrie, crombeen, and Taormina all in the same game is asking for a loss anyway.

You can tell how much of a workhorse hedman is.
