GDT 11/21 -- Lightning vs. Predators

Another visitor from the Central Division will be in town tonight.

It has been a while since the Lightning hit the W column, but two consecutive shootout games show that the team is starting to make lemonade out of lemons.

Nashville is coming off a bad 4-1 loss in San Jose. Captain Jason Arnott may or may not play, as he is coming off an injury that saw him taken off the ice in a stretcher.

Nashville has not won in Tampa Bay since March 24, 1999.

EE is reporting that Roberts is out and Gratton has a lower, non muscle, injury and more than likely will not play.

What is SunSports? Is that a television channel? I'm not sure I've seen hockey on television. It's been a loooooong time. I might not know how to do this.

Go figure. The SunSports feed on CI is blacked out here in Nashville. A road game for the Preds!

...And FOX South has the Atlanta Hawks game on prime time. Preds re-broadcast at 2am. Sure hope the game is on an alternate channel.

There sure seems to be less hockey on TV than ever before.

Please God let this team win. I feel like I had one of the worst days in my Navy career so far and a win would be just swell right now. And to top it off I'm stuck here at work on duty!

At least we get Sun Sports here so I can watch...or maybe I shouldn't just in case it's a bad game...

He'll play. Preds sent Ryan Jones and Patric Hornqvist down to MIL yesterday and said they aren't bringing anyone up to replace them. I think they just have 12 forwards on the roster right now.
