No really a race at all.

Kronwall had the puck and tried to turn with it at an angle, leaving his noggin right at dasher level, and he had to see McLeod coming in for the hit.

Sounds like he's alright from reports on Twitter, looked really bad at first when I had the game on at intermission.

Mcloud launched after he saw Kronwall turned. And the Avs announcer was beyond disgusting with that. But hey, Shannhan is doing a great job eliminating these.

His feet don't leave the ice until AFTER he's hitting Kronwall.

Never said left his feet. I meant by lsunch he went threw the check, which the fact he didcome off his frrt confirms. Doubt ge could have avoided the check but he could have let up.

In other news, lapierre gets a massive 5 games. Hey really need a video showing the thought process throughout the suspension process because I want to know on what planet that is five games while torred gets 20 each time

Fair enough, but I don't think McLeod could have come to a stop or let up without possibly injuring himself.

It was nice enough though for Kronwall to come out and say it was his fault he put himself in that position.

It's always nice when a player has a sense of humor about what happened. Good on Trouba
