Like I said in my original post, I wouldn't be surprised to see him for the first couple games to take a look against NHL players, but I think ultimately he goes back to junior to learn to play center and grow.
Connolly deserves it. Flat out.
The caveat, however, is Cooper's track record with developing young players. Would Drouin stand to gain more by working directly with the Lightning than he would in the Q? Obviously it comes down to roster spots, but it's an interesting question.
