As the Founder and President of the "dump Lee" anti fan club, I have to admit that i have been encouraged by Lee's play of late.

Perhaps I need to be impeached.

Gudas is being brought up, in my opinion, to audition for Lee's job. He's the absolute anti-Lee. If Gudas comes up and thumps and does what he does and looks like he belongs, Lee is as good as gone.

Lee has sucked this year. He looked worse when everyone else was playing well. Now... he doesn't look as bad. There's some talent there... but idk what's going on inside his head.

It's frustrating because he legitimately looked good (is it a matter of perspective, again?) when he came over in exchange for Grill Boy last year.

personally I don't think Lee is an NHLer. I always thoughr Mikkleson was a much better option than Lee, which kinda makes me wonder what the coaches are looking and seeing- Lee is like -14, only two players in the league with a worse plus minus. Gudas instead of Lee will reap instant rewards, no comparison there. Why is this team so inconsistent? Million dollar question there.

Pretty similar players, really, except Gudas is shorter and fights people. They're both extremely mobile players who will hit people, though, and they both have untapped offensive skill sets and the ability to occasionally lug the puck.

One other slight difference though, Lee KNOWS what to do and doesn't do it, Gudas is getting a chance to SHOW he knows what to do.
