Good for Hall for at least stepping up. He did much better than the announcers let you believe. Even still, would be nice if we had a guy we could put out there to win a fight and actually get the momentum.

Goaltending and rebounds are a huge issue. However, to me, not clearing the damn crease is an even bigger issue. Every goalie is going to need some help some times. We would be just as good putting 5 forwards out there at this point (I think that is what Boucher wants anyways).

Overall, anyone surprised? This is what we do when we play upper-half teams that can be physical/crash the net.

This just sucks and on national tv...hit these guys contend for the puck and when they grab you hit the throw them down. Omg this is ugly.

Not true. If it is one of our third/fourth line guys (Panik for instance), they still won't get any playing time.

Something else I'm noticing watching the replays of all these odd man rushes/open guys. Brewer is always the last one back into the screen on them. He steps up terribly and can't get back. I ask again, why are we using him in such offensive roles?
