"Good" news for the Bolts -- Evgeni Malkin is out of tonight's game w/ possible concussion. The Turds' Erik Gudbranson shoved him into the end boards at high speed, causing a violent, awkward collision and a really wicked whiplash, slamming his coconut into the wall with enough force to put most normal men in traction for weeks. He skated off, but he's out tonight.

Maybe he knew or should have known what would likely happen if he shoved a guy off balance at that distance from the boards, at that velocity, with timing that very strongly suggests a deliberate act.

Looked clean to me, I don't think he could have known he would fall into the boards that badly. Malkin is normally very strong on his skates, just a freak loss of footing.
