We have the laziest PP in the history of the sport. How a puck sits there after a win for 2 seconds so that the PK DMAN can get to the puck, dear God.

They need to revise the rules so that penalties in the NHL are more similar to the NFL, e.g. a team can decline them. If so, we need to start doing that, as our PP is ABYSMAL!
