Gotta love hockey players....
...all that high-tech design, space-age materials and precision manufacturing of the equipment,...and in 2012 on a thousand-dollar custom-made goalie mask they still use, not precisely cut leather straps or adjustable velcro strips, but chopped-up skate laces to hold the throat protector on. Check the cut ends, melted with a lighter to prevent fraying  Old school to the maxNever a fan of the totally unnecessary TAMPA BAY in huge block letters gobbling up a giant chunk of real estate on an art mask, but there it is. Really? Couldn't think of anything else to paint on there?? Mask schmask, I just hope he gets to USE the damn thing before the calendar says 2013
