I figured it would be a good idea to be able to track where the Bolts wind up during the lockout.

Hedman is going to Barys Astana in the KHL

Stamkos is in talks with HC Lugano in Switzerland but nothing definite yet.

I'm not so sure I like the idea of the guys playing in the KHL. Switzerland, Germany, Italian league, sure. Just seems like there's more injury risk in the K.

FWIW, (and I don't remember where I read this), former Bolt Brandon Bochenski is said to be a vocal supporter of Barys Astana as a great place to live and play hockey.

If I remember correctly, Vinny didn't have a favorable impression of the KHL eight years ago. I'm sure he has some influence on our players to not play over in the KHL. Not to mention the safety concerns over travelling.

I believe Vinny played for Ak Bars. I've only lived in Vladivostok for 3 months and no where else in Russia (although I had a weekend visit to Khaborovsk), but I imagine like America, it varies from region and city. Russia is a *very* different place than America.

Gary Roberts. Back in the day, while playing with Toronto, he performed a couple of spectacular dives. I believe it was Chad who said he must have been shot by the X-O sniper, and thus the avatar was born.
