I got to watch most of the game. It's absolutely crazy that LA is 9-1 in the postseason, and after last night they have me rethinking why I picked the 'Yotes to win.

Both goalies were great, and it was an exciting back and forth game, but LA played a lot better... Looking forward to game 2.

Shows the true parity in the league now not to mention how much good old fashioned defense and goaltending along with a bunch of big, tough guy forwards can run over teams with skill players. If Tampa were somehow able to get through the East this year and get to the Cup Finals, I'm pretty sure we'd be swept or lose in 5 to this Kings team. They are nasty.

Cool article about Staples Center transitioning from basketball to hockey. Clippers and Lakers are also still alive in the playoffs. Sounds like a nightmare with shitty ice.

Haven't been able to watch much of this game. After that slash by Smith, it seems that the Kings are getting underneath his skin.
