Ak Bars(KHL) reportedly offered a contract to Burmistrov. Burmistrov says the Thrashers rushed him into the NHL(legitimate claim) and that he doesn't like being told his flaws by veterans and coaches(stupid kid).

I don't buy that. KHL and NHl agreed after the radulov incident that this won't happen again. Until now both parties have honored the contract. and now kazan should break it for burmistrov? I don't believe it.
its another story that he doesn't won't listen to advices....

he signed roman cervenka for 3.775.000 for one year. only good thing about that is that its only a 1 year contract. cervenka never played in NA. I only hope for feater he plays good..

From what I've read Cervenka is good but I don't know if he's $3.775million good

yeah that was what I meant. He is good, I think he lead the KHL 2 years agon in goalscoring but almost 4 million for him on a team thats starving for cap space. I understand that he want a canter for iginla but why not resign jokinen? he played good last season

It's now being reported that the $3.775million is his caphit, a one year max ELC contract. He has to hit all of his bonuses to get all of that money.

Deal isn't looking too bad now.

He was the Asst.GM in Chicago and also held some other positions with them. I believe Director of player personnel for a couple of years was one of them. We'll see how things work.

He did sign a a few Euros. None that prolific, however.
