truly that was the low point of many this season for me because it was the Caps and the kid so got hung out to dry. Roli deserved better and got it because Stammer is so damn phenomenal. Vinny hopefully is just playing his way back into shape and regaining some confidence.

I'll reiterate the question of Timothy which was why is Brett Clark on the power play. Some encouraging blue line play. Both Malone and Brewer have been physical and look like tough vets. JT Brown is a reason to be optimistic and got denied on a real sick bigtime move.

Roli and Stammer great in the last home game. Should we sweep through Canada just for the heck of it or draft a little later and get the same skill available? Never should have to look back, but we were so close if we could have had tonight's effort.

In the car on the way back, a both horrible and amazing game. That .3 seconds left Stammer goal was absolutely crazy, you could sense the whole building willing the puck to him. And when he flipped it in everyone stopped, looked up at the clock, and just erupted.

I couldn't believe that puck made it in. Stamkos had to beat a defender, the linesman, being on his knees, from a really bad angle, and all the way from the boards.

To be fair, the ref did a pretty darn job trying to get out of his way. But I agree, what a killer job by him. And loved the reaction from the team.

But the Sabres better send a basket to Roli for that. Man was killer. I wish him the best over the summer. This team showed some great heart to compete.

Honestly, that seemed like the loudest crowd I have seen in a REALLY long time. Came across great on National TV (even if unacknowledged). Thanks to all that showed up. I was incredibly proud, even if I was 1200 miles away.
