Default Lightning Training Camp, Saturday Observations (Team Blue)





Camp Observations: Saturday (Team Blue)

I spent the practice session watching Team Blue. I’ll watch Team White Sunday. The following individual opinions are based on what I saw in practice today, as well as the scrimmage. Not a lot to go on, but some players stood out one way or another. Blue won the scrimmage 3-1.

I thought it was a fantastic writeup, and loved the thoughts. To be honest, I just wasn't able to comment due to being out and about all day.

I echo your thoughts on everything. I felt that as a whole, the players really came to work prepared, and ready. It's nice to see that the conditioning appears to be in check, and players have taken such ownership of building this team.

Wow, okay. I didn't look at the reads on it yet. Maybe I'll do that next time instead of opening my mouth. Or fingers. Whatever. I wasn't looking for compliments, but by golly I'll take them. Just wanted to make sure it was getting read.

Shhhhh, Tim, gatsby says we're not allowed to talk about Georgia Tech's 604 yards of rushing and 3 plays of over 50 yards anymore, because we're, apparently, the Little Sisters of the Poor in the ACC despite making as many ACC title games as FSU has since the league went to 12 teams.
