They have Grigorienko falling like a stone (and this was before it was revealed he has mono), Teravainen shooting up the charts to 3, and Vasilievski back in the top-10.

Trouba not in the top-10.

Oscar Dansk mentioned as the other 1st round caliber netminder. Dansk backstopped Sweden to Silver at the U18's, and played well with the exception of the final match when USA rolled Sweden 7-0. Dansk is more attractive (less risky) to me than Vasilievski and light years ahead of Subban. Dansk actually went to Shattuck St. Mary's for 3 years. His adjustment to North America will be pretty seamless. If we keep the Wings' first rounder, I would hope to snag Dansk with it. I had hoped he'd keep until the 2nd round, but no chance of that now.

No 9 on that list is my fav. Kinda shocking that yakubov is almost a year older than Teravainen and Murray

Reinhart would be a solid pick. I don't think anyone could complain about that selection.

Ovechkin was a year older than everyone in his class, too.

I had mono and swear from time to time it flares up. Then again, I'm aging and am always tired.

Anyway...


Teravainen has seemed to me these last couple months like a typical Red Wings pick. For that reason, plus Yzerman wanting to take the BPA - Best (longterm) Prospect Available - I think he's on our list of possibles.

Where does Redline have Ceci?

Both are out of the top-10 right now. I won't get my Draft Guide until June. I suspect they're in the 10-20 range.

The hockey writers top 60 have these two Ceci and Dansk at about where we will be picking. The author stated that NJ or us might grab Dansk late in the first round.
